Our driver DOES NOT set up or unpack your order. We will ask to, by law, record their ID information at time of delivery. The person signing for order must be 21+ years old to accept delivery. He/she will check in all items with delivery contact. Our driver will deliver merchandise to the location of the bar set up. We will have all items that require chilling cold at time of delivery, if requested. We will give you a one-hour window of when our driver will arrive. If delivery location is further than 15 miles a delivery fee of $15 will be assessed. We charge a $10.00 delivery fee for deliveries 15 miles or less from the store. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

We assume that payment in full is acceptance of your order as shown on final estimate. We ask that payment in full be made a least one week before your delivery is to occur.
You may also schedule a pick-up for our driver to come out and pick up the merchandise the following day from a designated location. You may bring the merchandise back to the store yourselves to receive refund. The restocking fee is 15% of the net merchandise returned. If you return more than 30% of your original order we will charge a restocking fee. All labels and seals must be intact, and beer must be a full package in the original packaging (i.e. We will give you a full refund on any merchandise as long as it is in re-sellable condition. We would prefer that you return within 30 days of your event. There is no time limit on when the merchandise has to be returned. People tend to drink darker spirits when it’s cold. Vodka is usually the most popular, rum the least. Because a love like yours deserves it.Liquor: A standard bar will typically have vodka, gin, bourbon, scotch, and rum. We want your wedding to be the most stress-free, incredible day of your whole life. We want you to have a wedding planner! (and yes, even if it doesn’t happen to be us.) Because the truth is, if you are reading this, we care about your wedding. So we wanted to explain one of the biggest myths out there to ensure you have the information you need to have the perfect day. We understand how stressful planning can be. As Colorado wedding planners, we work for you, and our commitment is to you. The thing is: planners do about 90% of the work before the wedding day even happens and coordinates with all vendors so that you don’t have to.
And we don't want you to have to worry about those things!

Will they be setting up all your decor even if your ceremony is offsite? Are they helping you with your first look photos? Will they coordinate and lend a helping hand with all vendors (even assist with the floral install if needed)? Will they cue the DJ and Photographer along with all your loved ones giving speeches? Will they be tearing everything down at the end of the night? Some venues may offer a bit more, but make sure you get an itemized list of what they plan to do for you. We love working hand-in-hand with venues, so that they can do what they do best (provide awesome hospitality) while we do what we do best (execute your wedding vision.) Often when venues have a "complimentary wedding planner" as an incentive for booking their venue, they merely promise a person that will be present only on the wedding day, but not a true Denver wedding planner. That yes, even if your venue is offering a “complimentary coordinator” you more than likely still need us. We are so happy that you are here!
